Welcome to the STILL LIFE gallery
Currently I do not have much so show in the area of still life photography. I did spend some considerable time photographing some orchids under natural lighting. In the first session I photographed a magenta orchid and had some reasonable success with a 50mm prime lens. The second time I used a Canon EF24-70mm f/2.8L lens and spent nearly half a day twisting and turning the orchids and trying a variety of aperture settings and focal distances. The result of that work, won me a “Print of the Month” award at the Greater Lynn Photographic Association.
